- At Que’s Marine & Supplies Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality products and fair, transparent policies.
- Eligible products may be returned provided they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
- Electrical products must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
- All other eligible products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
- Products that have been installed, specially ordered, customized, altered, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
- Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed only after returned items have been inspected and approved by our team.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return results from an error made by Que’s Marine & Supplies Limited.
- Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty policies.
