Description
The Yamaha 6D8-WS24A-00-00 is a genuine OEM primary fuel filter element (the small cartridge) for Yamaha F50 to F115 four-stroke outboards with the 6D8 filter housing.
Why it matters
Diesel injection equipment is lubricated by the fuel that passes through it, so water and fine grit are what wear out injection pumps and injectors. The fuel filter is the cheapest insurance the fuel system has.
Supersession
This part replaces the earlier 6D8-24563-00-00. If your manual or a previous invoice lists that, this is the current replacement.
