Yamaha 6CE-45373-00-00 Trim Tab Anode (Genuine OEM)

Description

The Yamaha 6CE-45373-00-00 is a genuine OEM lower gearcase trim tab anode for Yamaha 150 to 350 HP outboards.

Why it matters

The sacrificial anode corrodes in place of the metal it protects. Once it is more than about half gone it is no longer doing its job and cooling system or drive metal starts to go instead. Check and replace on schedule.

Supersession

This part replaces the earlier 61A-45371-00-00. If your manual or a previous invoice lists that, this is the current replacement.

Fitting

Replace once more than about half wasted. In brackish or salt water check it often.
