Description

The Yanmar 119593-42202 is a genuine OEM raw water pump impeller for Yanmar 6LY (non-A) and 8LV series marine diesel engines.

Why it matters

The raw water impeller is the most common cause of an overheating alarm on a marine diesel, and it is a wear part by design.

Fitting

Never run the engine with the seacock shut. Sold as a bare impeller; renew the cover O-ring at the same time.
