Description
The Yanmar 119802-55810 is a genuine OEM spin-on fuel filter used across Yanmar JH marine engines and the 3TNV/4TNV/4TNE industrial families.
Why it matters
Diesel injection equipment is lubricated by the fuel that passes through it, so water and fine grit are what wear out injection pumps and injectors. The fuel filter is the cheapest insurance the fuel system has.
Fitting
Fit a new sealing ring lightly oiled, tighten as the manual specifies, then bleed the fuel system and check for leaks.
